10:15 a.m. Buddhist experience of sutra chants and prayers, Dharma talk, walking meditation, etc., followed by vegetarian lunch; 1 p.m. chess club for ages 5 and up; 2:30 p.m. children’s Buddhist class.

WEEKLY SUNDAY PROGRAM:

*10:15 AM SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE: a Buddhist experience of sutra chants and prayers, Dharma talk, walking meditation etc. followed by a vegetarian lunch

*1:00 PM – 2:15 PM CHILDREN’S CHESS CLUB: for ages 5 and up.

A fun time learning skills and strategies of Chess as we practice with other children.

*2:30 PM – 3:30 PM CHILDREN’S BUDDHIST CLASS: we have a wonderful time learning, exploring together the teachings of Buddha and much more.

Sitting mindfully we learn to be patient and joyful. In a peaceful environment we have a chance to connect and be familiar with our bodies and mind energies to bring “Inner-peace” into our lives.

Parents are welcome to attend and benefit from the practice.
